Alabaster at North Muskham
In the parish church at North Muskham Guilford (1) recorded "curious pyramidal alabaster memorial in the chancel on which may be read "Heare lieth ye corp of Jhon Smithe Meate for Wormes to fede therwith", who died in 1583. The other three sides are inscribed with the conditions of his will.
