About Radcliffe on Trent

Radcliffe on Trent appears in the Domesday Book as "Radclyve" and records two manors, one of which was conveyed to the king's son, William Peverel and the other to William de Aincourt (Dayncourt), Lord of Blankeney in Lincolnshire.
