Built in 1866 - 68, and the offices of the Corporation of the Borough of East Retford until local government reorganisation in 1974.

Pevsner: By Bellamy & Hardy of Lincoln in Francois I style.... Without any of the Victorian qualities which we appreciate today: a bad mansard roof and a bad lantern.
