This building certainly looks old - at least above the ground floor shop.  But what are the features that make it look old - windows, bricks, the pillars?

The document in the Downloads section below explains how this building originally dates from c.1708, but was dismantled and rebuilt brick-by-brick (using the original bricks) in the 1960s.  Does this make it an 'old' or a 'new' building
