Situated on Lowmoor Road, L. Cupit’s hardware shop was an agent for The Mansfield Laundry Company. A valeting service is publicised in the window. The sign on the wall reads “The only oils suitable for all domestic purposes, lighting, cooking, heating, finest lamp oils in the world”.
