Old Meadows

Hi everyone.
just found this site. We lived at 71 Rupert Street between 1968 to 72.
My mum was Rita Murphy and my dad was Christopher. we were a big family,

Lavina, Marian, Catherine, Angelo, Sheila and Chreyl.

Everyone called my mum “Auntie Rita.

we took in a young girl who was kicked out of her home one Christmas

because she was pregnant, she left us when her little boy was born.

i remember Helen Stacey, Shirley Reynolds and a wonderful black boy call

Newton Young. Wonderful memories. We all
went to Bosworth school.
